Who We Are
The organization was founded in 1992 in New Delhi. In the initial years, the organization's focus was on auditing and accounting advisory services. However, during the passage of these amazing 30 years the organization has evolved and diversified in various branches and is not limited to only finance but provides holistic solutions for various complex situations arising in business which may be due to internal reasons such as restructuring, etc. or external reasons such as regulatory policy, etc. The organization has served many clients and fulfilled their needs over the course of these 30 years. The organization has not only been able to satisfy the aspirations but exceeded the expectations of the clients, the testimonial of which is given by clients themselves, the result of which is that we are not only serving clients in India but have successfully expanded our reach to other countries such as United States.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is clearly represented in our name, "Plus" and "One" representing the two basic elements of success.
"Plus" signifies that there is always a scope for growth irrespective of the size, nature, operations, scale, etc. of the organization. We strive to find that opportunity and exploit it for the benefit of the client.
"One" signifies our belief in sustainable growth. As the old saying goes "Slow and Steady wins the Race", we believe that the mantra to sustainable growth is taking one step at a time and once when we have firmly made our ground should we proceed to the next step. Only sustainable growth can provide long-term success and value creation, further, only sustainable growth can enable an organization to withstand this complex ever-changing environment.
